成都高新区技术创新服务中心
成都高新区技术创新服务中心（以下简称创新中心）成立于1996年11月，是成都高新区管委会下设的公益性科技事业服务机构。拥有中国成都留学人员创业园、中国成都博士创业园、成都高新区技术成果转化服务中心与创新中心四块牌子、一班人马。
成都高新区技术创新服务中心自1996年成立以来，在硬环境上建立了完善的基础设施及配套设施，在软环境方面逐步建立了针对中小科技企业特点的以孵化服务和中介平台构成的科技中介服务体系，2002年通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证，获得ISO9001：2000质量管理体系CNAB认证证书，在孵企业数量和孵化场地面积呈现逐年成倍增长的迅猛发展态势，孵化面积达131000平方米，孵化企业416家，六年已累计孵化企业500余家，毕业企业50家，实现产值31亿元，税收1.12亿元。孵化出了全国创业中心毕业的规模最大企业--国腾集团（2001年集团产值已达十个亿），以及英集高科技公司、拓能新技术公司、药友科技公司、科力克数字技术公司、南山之桥微电子公司、哈工大科软公司等一批拥有自主知识产权、具有核心竞争优势的成功高新技术企业，为高新技术产业的发展作出了贡献。

Chengdu Hi-tech Innovation Service Center, set up
on Nov.18, 1996, is a nonprofit technological business
service institute under the Management Committee of
Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, which consists of China Chengdu
Overseas Scholar Pioneer Park, China Chengdu Ph. D Pioneer
Park,
Since its founding in 1996, with the availability
of complete infrastructure and complementary facilities,
Chengdu Hi-tech Zone Innovation Service Center has gradually
established an intermediate service system in regard
to small and medium-sized enterprises, which is composed
of incubation services and professional services. In
2002, the Center got ISO9001: 2000 quality management
system certification. Currently, it shows a multiplied
increase in number of enterprises and floor space. So
far, there have been 416 enterprises, with a floor space
of 131,000m2. Within 6 years, there have been altogether
500 enterprises incubated in the Center and 50 of them
graduated, generating a production value of 3.1 billion
RMB and revenue of 112 million RMB. Has arisen in the
Center Goldtel Group, the largest enterprise ever graduated
from the national business incubation service centers
(the production value of the Group reached 10 billion
RMB in 2001) as well as a number of successful hi-tech
enterprises with self-owned intellectual property rights
and nucleus competence, such as Yingji Electronic Technology
Co., Ltd. Topslane, Pharmmate Technology Co., Ltd. Chengdu
KLK Digital Technology Co., Ltd. Teralane Networks,
Inc. and HIT Crown Co., Ltd. with much contribution
to the development of hi-tech industry.
